Ultrasound At FRH FISIOTERAPIA we have an ultrasound machine to carry out more complete assessments, helping in the initial assessment and diagnosis, which is essential for carrying out subsequent treatment. In addition, it is used as a therapeutic tool when carrying out certain invasive treatments where it is essential to visualize the structures to be treated. Shock waves At FRH FISIOTERAPIA we have the latest generation of Shock Waves, applied to painful points and musculoskeletal tissue in order to produce the repair of damaged tissues and stimulate analgesia. Neuromodulation This technique consists of stimulating the nerve by means of an electric current through a needle with the aim of reducing pain and improving neuromuscular function. Manual Therapy We work with manual therapy where we seek to inhibit muscle tone and mobilize adjacent tissues and structures to eliminate pain and improve mobility. Invasive Physiotherapy It consists of introducing a needle into a specific point to cause different stimuli and thus promote the recovery of damaged tissues. Therapeutic Exercise It is the key to recovery. Always specific and individualized. It is carried out in a consultation room in a specific room for this purpose, and a workout is prepared to be done at home adapted to the needs of each patient. Functional work rooms In our center we have functional rehabilitation in small groups or individually, where each patient carries out a personalized exercise program adapted to each case, in order to help in the recovery and prevention of injuries. Pressotherapy We have a pressotherapy service, in order to improve drainage, reduce venous and lymphatic edema, along with reducing muscle fatigue and tiredness. Physiotherapy at home We are incorporating a new service. If you need assessment and physiotherapy treatment and you cannot access our facilities, we will travel to your home.

Pilates Small Pilates groups, twice a week, to work on your body and mind. Functional Rehabilitation Small work groups where individualized and specific exercises are performed for the treatment of pathologies or prevention of injuries.
